The open plan lounge is comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has TV with PVR, a remote controlled split unit air-conditioner and leads directly onto the private garden patio through French doors fitted with security gate.

Kitchen

The kitchen is light and spacious and comes fully equipped with every consideration for your convenience and comfort. It has a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge and daily breakfast hamper.

Bedroom

Great care has been taken to ensure the accommodation is spacious and elegantly furnished. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a large spacious cupboard featuring full length mirrors. For your convenience a hair dryer is provided and for your comfort, a remote air conditioner. French doors fitted with a sliding security gate lead directly onto the private garden patio.

Bathroom

The bathroom provides you with towels and will be able to relax in the bath or freshen up in the separate shower.

Patio

The garden patio is for your own use and completely private to enjoy an outdoor breakfast or sundowner at the end of the day.

All linen, crockery and cutlery are supplied. For long stays the apartment is serviced twice a week (more often by special arrangement).

At 15 Hawthorn Lane secure off street parking will ensure your peace of mind.

We are 5 minutes away from the Durban Country Club, ABSA Rugby Stadium, Kings Park Virgin Active Health Club, Florida Road’s many restaurants and a number of shopping centres. In close proximity we also have Royal Durban golf course, Greyville racecourse, Sahara Kingsmead Stadium, the International Convention Centre, Suncoast Casino and Cinema complex, Durban’s blue flag beaches and uShaka Marine World.
We enjoy easy access to the N2 with the airport a mere 30 minutes away and being close to the M4, the La Lucia and Umhlanga Ridge business parks can be reached within about 20 minutes.
